Investment Focus
The Pacific Venture Fund invests in companies that are:
- Well managed private or small cap public companies
- Technology and manufacturing companies with a proprietary competitive advantage
- Generating current revenues of US $5 million
- At cash breakeven
- Looking to fund significant growth
- Located in Western Canada or the US Pacific Northwest
