Canadian Medical Discoveries Fund Merger Update
Canadian Medical Discoveries Fund Inc. ("CMDF") and GrowthWorks Canadian Fund Ltd. ("Canadian Fund") are pleased to announce the successful completion of the previously announced merger of CMDF into Canadian Fund, effective May 22, 2009.

ENSIS Growth Fund Merger Update
On October 24, 2008, ENSIS Growth Fund Inc. ("ENSIS Fund") and GrowthWorks Canadian Fund Ltd. ("Canadian Fund") announced the successful completion of the previously announced merger of ENSIS Fund into Canadian Fund. The merger was previously approved by shareholders of ENSIS Fund and Canadian Fund.
