GrowthWorks Canadian Fund as of April 16, 2012

 

Redemption Management Plan: GrowthWorks Canadian Fund Class A share offering closed to new purchases on September 30th, 2011. On November 10th, 2011 the Canadian Fund obtained regulatory approval to close Class A redemptions until April 16th, 2012 which was extended that same day with regulatory approval to July 31, 2012. As previously announced, Canadian Fund adopted a redemption management plan whereby Canadian Fund would process redemptions of Class A Shares semi-annually based on redemption amounts approved by the Board (the RMP). Canadian Fund continues to seek regulatory approval to implement the RMP and there can be no assurrances that Canadian Fund will secure the regulatory approval required to implement the RMP.
