Canadian Medical Discoveries Fund Inc. ("CMDF") and GrowthWorks Canadian Fund Ltd. ("Canadian Fund") are pleased to announce the successful completion of the previously announced merger of CMDF into Canadian Fund, effective May 22, 2009.
