Carol Crow joined GrowthWorks Capital in 2005 and has 20 years experience in the management of human resources, finance and operations across a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, tourism and health care.
Carol holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario and holds the Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
At GrowthWorks, Carol is responsible for overall human resource strategic direction including compensation, performance management, employee development, employee communication, health/safety and appreciation/recognition programs.
