Debbie Gray is the Senior Vice-President of National Sales and
Marketing at Matrix Asset Management and GrowthWorks Capital. Prior
to her appointment as Acting SVP in May, 2011, Ms. Gray served as a
project communications consultant to GrowthWorks. She was recently
appointed as SVP, National Sales & Marketing in October 2011 to
better reflect her on-going position with the organization and to
help support relationships with our business partners, vendors and
clients. Previously, Debbie spent 20 years in the Canadian
investment and financial services industries, focusing predominantly
on venture capital. She has served in a variety of senior positions,
including Managing General Partner for a Canadian venture capital
group. Most recently, Debbie was President of her own firm, which
provided strategic sales and marketing consulting to small and
medium sized high-growth businesses.
Debbie holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western
Ontario and has completed a variety of industry related courses.
